Travel Hermosa is built on real travel experiences across Asia, Europe, and beyond. Every guide is written from firsthand knowledge — the hidden gems, the practical tips, and the honest advice you need to travel with confidence.
A travel editorial and planning brand connecting inspiration with actionable guidance.
Destination discovery, travel stories, journal articles, custom planning, itineraries, visa preparation and consultation.
Use the general inquiry form for collaborations, editorial ideas or service questions.
Choose the form that fits your needs. Required fields are validated, and no passport scans or copies are ever requested.
What we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us.
When you submit a form on Travel Hermosa — itinerary request, custom trip, visa assistance, consultation, or a general inquiry — we collect exactly what you type: your name, email address, travel dates, destinations, and any notes you add. On the visa form this also includes passport numbers for each traveler you add, because the visa application needs them. We do not collect anything else.
Your details are used only to prepare and deliver the service you asked for — generating your itinerary, reviewing your custom trip request, assisting with your visa, or replying to your inquiry. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
For visa assistance, we may ask you to email copies of your documents (passport, photos, tickets) to info.travelhermosa@gmail.com after payment. These files are used only to prepare your application, and are deleted on your request.
Card details never touch this website. Payments are made only on the payment provider's own secure page (for example Stripe or PayPal) — we never see or store your card number.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may keep two small local notes for convenience only: your theme choice (light or dark mode) and simple form helpers (for example remembering a country you picked in a list). Both stay on your own device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
We count page visits in the simplest anonymous way (which pages are viewed, how many times) so we know which content helps travelers. This counting does not identify you and is not linked to your name, email, or forms.
Three kinds of outside services appear on this site: map embeds (so you can explore places on a map), payment providers (so you can pay securely on their own pages), and official government visa portals (linked so you can confirm the latest entry rules). Each has its own privacy policy; we share only what is needed for the service to work — never your data for their marketing.
We keep your inquiry details only as long as needed to serve you — after your trip or request is done, you can ask us to delete everything, and we will.
You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info.travelhermosa@gmail.com.
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date below. Last updated: 18 October 2026. Questions: info.travelhermosa@gmail.com.
Back to ContactService terms to review before payment or delivery.
Travel Hermosa is a travel planning and assistance service run by our team — we are not a government, embassy, or immigration authority. Visa decisions always belong to the destination's government, and no visa approval is ever guaranteed by us.
Scope, price, delivery time, revisions, payment method, cancellation and refund conditions must be confirmed in writing before a paid service begins.
The prices shown on this site are the prices you pay for our services. What you pay for visa help is always two parts: the government's own visa fee plus our service fee — government, embassy, booking and other third-party fees are always separate, and are never included in our service fees unless stated.
Personalized itineraries are generated instantly on this page from the details you provide; custom trips are built by our team only after your payment is received. Travel conditions change — always confirm entry rules, opening hours and prices on the official government portal before you travel or apply.
Travel stories and guides are published for inspiration and planning help. They reflect the author's experience and research, not professional advice.
